Cookies and local storage

The site sets no HTTP cookies. If you choose a language, that two-letter choice is stored locally in your browser until you erase it. Dismissing the privacy notice is remembered only for the current browser session. These values are not sent to eπSTEMe4.

Email inquiries

When you choose to email us, your email address, identity details and message are used to answer your inquiry, prepare requested pre-contractual steps or manage an engagement. The legal basis is your requested pre-contractual steps or the controller’s legitimate interest in responding. Prospect correspondence is retained for no more than three years after your last contact, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Technical server logs

The hosting server may record IP address, date and time, requested URL and browser information to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days, except when needed to investigate a security incident.

Recipients and third parties

Data is accessible only to eπSTEMe4 and service providers needed for hosting or email, acting under their applicable obligations. This site does not sell personal data, embed third-party media or perform automated decision-making. External links are governed by the destination site’s own privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact lab.stem@free.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
