When you choose to email us, your email address, identity details and message are used to answer your enquiry, prepare requested pre-contractual steps or manage an engagement. Webalizer analyses Apache access logs locally to produce traffic statistics. No browser-side analytics tracker or analytics cookie is used. Raw access logs are retained for no more than 30 days. Webalizer reports are accessible only to the website publisher, exclude visitor-level tables and are retained for up to 25 months. Data required to investigate a security incident may be retained until the investigation concludes.
Data is accessible only to epiSTEME4 and service providers needed for hosting or email, acting under their applicable obligations. This site does not sell personal data, embed third-party media or perform automated decision-making. External links are governed by the destination site’s own privacy policy.
